  • Nutrition Therapy

The nutrition therapy process begins with a comprehensive assessment of your dietary habits, health history, and personal goals. From there, we work collaboratively to develop a tailored nutrition plan that addresses your unique needs and challenges. Throughout the counseling journey, I provide ongoing support, education, and accountability to empower you to make sustainable changes and achieve long-term success in your health and wellness journey.

  • Meal Support

Meal support offers structured assistance and encouragement during meal times to individuals undergoing recovery from eating disorders. I provide a supportive environment where patients can feel comfortable and empowered to navigate challenging meals. We will work together to address any fears or anxieties surrounding food, and promote positive eating behaviors, fostering a healthy relationship with food and promoting overall wellness.

  • Grocery Shopping Support

Navigating the grocery store can be intimidating and overwhelming, especially for those struggling with eating disorders, autoimmune diseases, or gastrointestinal issues. Grocery shopping support acknowledges these challenges and provides compassionate guidance to alleviate fears and confusion. I will offer practical tips on selecting foods, navigating food labels, and managing triggers, empowering you to confidently navigate the aisles.
